In pursuing their mission of Health for All, Providence Health Plan needed a partner to simplify the often overwhelming world of healthcare to members and producers. That’s where GB came in. The objective: take complex, nuanced topics and turn them into meaningful, easier to understand communications. And do that consistently, at scale, across a wide variety of programs, business units, and audience touch points.

A successful micro-campaign targeted University of Portland faculty and staff. Campaign theme, collateral, geo-targeted digital media, and benefit fair experience support all worked to generate awareness and consideration for the new Providence Health Plan option.
E-NEWSLETTER TEMPLATE UPDATES
GB streamlined PHP’s email newsletter deployment after it was successfully migrated to a new platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). We designed a single template system for creating audience-specific newsletters, building it out to be easily updated and adapted for new/different newsletters by PHP staff in the future.
STUDIO SUPPORT
Every year, PHP creates content to communicate with a wide range of audiences, from large organizations and institutions to individual members of all ages with a variety of needs. GB studio and creative teams support these efforts, producing over 500 assets a year, for multiple lines of business, including videos, brochures, flyers, benefit guides, and print ads. Always on brand, the focus is to work efficiently and to reduce rounds while simplifying complex content for members.
