We’re looking for a Search and Paid Social Media Specialist!

Grady Britton is a creative agency based in Portland, Oregon. Our specialty lies in building brands that do more; creativity inspired by business goals, and a will to be great.

This job includes development and execution of PPC/SEM campaigns and paid social campaigns, data reporting and analysis. We are looking for a creative-minded person to work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities Include:

  •  SEM
    • Strategy, client communications, and ongoing campaign management
    • Robust audience research skills for PPC (have the ability to identify audiences outside of
      a platform)
    • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve
      maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and
      reconciling discrepancies
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Provide insights into opportunities for optimization and improvements
    • Track, report and analyze analytics data for client sites
    • Create analytics presentations and measurement plans for clients
  • Social Media
    • Create, manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
      LinkedIn, etc.
    • Manage non-paid posts, measure engagement, and find areas of opportunity to pass
      along to our social content teams
    • Track, report and analyze audience and engagement metrics for client and GB owned
      social media profiles
  • General
    • Creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing agency
    • Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and budgets
    • Comfortable presenting work to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • 3+ years experience in an agency preferred
  • In-depth understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Proficient skills in Adwords, SEMRush, Data Studio, and GSuite.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on social media platforms
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
