About the role:
We are searching for a Senior Level Project Manager to lead our Project Management team and own day-to-day project management and production of work across a variety of our clients for an integrated team of account, strategy, creative, and media.

Responsibilities:
- Independently lead, own, and manage projects (concepting and creative development through production and launch) across a variety of clients
- Mentor and lead the Project Management team
- Audit and revise any current processes that need updating
- Create schedules, track timelines, and manage project teams to adhere to them successfully
- Follow quality assurance/quality control processes to ensure work is error-free and meets required standards and specifications
- Draft Basecamp tasks and meeting recaps
- Correspond with clients in conjunction with Account Managers
- Lead and own Project Management across agency teams (from Media to Creative)
- Post assets following traffic sheets from the Media team
- Maintain an inclusive, productive, and healthy work environment
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant career experience
- Demonstrated team leadership, initiative, and responsibility in project management
- Experience managing asset production (photography, video, radio, print, digital, websites, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and budgets
