It's our favorite time of year! We're excited to announce that today applications to our 12th annual grant program are now open. Local nonprofit organizations are invited to apply for $25,000 in-kind marketing and branding expertise, and/or 150 volunteer hours, provided by our Griffs.
We recognize that some of Portland’s most impactful organizations do not have the resources to partner with a creative agency long-term. So for 12 years, we've offered $25,000 worth of internal time, to be applied to in-house services including branding, creative development, media planning/buying, public relations or any of our other services. The nonprofit organization must also have a marketing budget equal to at least $25,000 cash (to be used for outside costs or media) already in place to match Grady Britton’s in-kind services for a total $50,000 investment.
After also offering volunteer hours for the first time in 2020, we're once again providing 150 volunteer hours to a nonprofit organization serving the greater Portland area. These hours can be applied to organizational needs, as they relate to typical volunteer activities.
“Portland has so many generous, impassioned nonprofits dedicated to bettering our city,” says Paige Campbell, GB President.
Organizations can apply to one or both grants online at gradybritton.com/grant. Applications are due Wednesday, May 3 at 6 p.m. PST.
The winner(s) of this year’s grant will join a group of past winners that include Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon, Brown Hope, Transition Projects, Artists Repertory Theatre, Friends of the Columbia Gorge, Meals on Wheels People, S.M.A.R.T, Community Warehouse and others.
Please share this news with any organization you feel could benefit. We look forward to beginning our application review process on May 3
