Grady Britton Launches DEIA Consultancy Search

In 2017 Grady Britton launched our DEI Team dedicated to making an impactful change toward enhancing diversity, achieving equity, and being inclusive. Since then we have added an A for access to our DEIA initiatives. Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access (DEIA) Team, in partnership with organizational leadership, continues to develop and expand internal and external DEIA policies and initiatives that create measurable impact and allow the fabric of our agency to continue to evolve. We recognize that this process is never complete. It is a constant journey of listening, learning, and asking for guidance and help. 

Objectives

In evaluating our priorities and resources, we have identified areas where we can currently make the biggest impact. As a result, we are looking for an outside partner to help us assess our current approach, identify opportunities, and provide support in creating actionable and measurable change. 

Specifically, we have identified the following areas for impact in order of priority:

  1. An outside perspective to give us a realistic picture of our progress, as well as areas of opportunity within our current DEIA policies, initiatives, and plans.
  2. We see the need to continue building and expanding our current recruiting, hiring, and retention policies and initiatives related to DEIA.
  3. Finally, we see a need for further, ongoing DEIA training for our employees and our leadership team.

We are searching for a partner who has proven experience in helping organizations in these areas. We anticipate there may be continued opportunities past these first priorities. The right partner will be able to understand our vision and help us continue to evolve.

Timing

We are hoping to find our partner by April 15, 2022. Please provide a recommended timeline with your proposal.
