After much anticipation, we welcome Chelsea Vandiver as our new Group Creative Director! We are extremely ecstatic to have this talented creative leader whose work aligns with our values of making meaningful change, both for our clients and our employees.
As Group Creative Director, she will be in charge of leading the agency’s creative vision and product, overseeing the creative and studio departments, and setting the strategic standard for all work. She will also be working closely with clients and our Griffs to provide direction, inspiration, and strategy in alignment with our vision.
We always pride ourselves on empowering women in the workforce, including those in the agency’s top leadership roles. Chelsea will add to an already impressive women-led management team, with agency President Paige Campbell at the helm.

Integrating a robust 20+ years in design communications, Chelsea has been able to craft creative strategies around humanizing the design experience, reflecting the embodiment of our mantra of business as a force for good. Her unique approach and passion will further enhance our agency’s mission to do great work for companies with core values of doing good.

In her previous roles at Ziba Designs, she led brand and customer experience initiatives for clients including AARP, FedEx, Target, Proctor & Gamble, Danner, and New Seasons. She is also on the Board of Directors for Gamblin Paint and has served as a member of the Children’s Cancer Association Innovations Board.
