Burgerville Partners with GB to Manage Media-Buying Program, Energize Web Presence
Portland, Ore., (August 31, 2009) – Local quick-service restaurant company Burgerville has tapped Portland marketing agency Grady Britton to refresh its media-buying program, and to explore new opportunities for connecting with the restaurant’s guests online. The new marketing strategy allows Burgerville to better align the company’s advertising with its customers’ media patterns, and is complemented by a rich microsite featuring coupons for new seasonal gourmet menu choices. The microsite and reinvigorated media-buying campaign launched in February, and includes online, TV and radio advertising placement.
The media-buying program builds on the strategy and creative work produced by Burgerville’s strategic agency of record, N20. Radio and online advertising highlights the microsite – BestofBurgerville.com — where customers can download a coupon for the new seasonal menu features. While there, they can also connect to Burgerville’s Facebook and Twitter communities, sharing their passion for the fresh local items they love with like-minded Burgerville fans.
“Grady Britton is an expert on the Portland and Southwest Washington advertising and interactive media market, and is helping us reach our customers on a broader scale,” said Cathy Miller, Director of Marketing for Burgerville.
Grady Britton designed BestofBurgerville.com to update each month as the new seasonal gourmet offerings change. TV, radio and online ads also update to highlight the latest seasonal items. The agency is also managing and hosting Burgerville.com, the company’s main website, and designing a new website for the Nomad, Burgerville’s mobile restaurant. Finally, Grady Britton is developing a new section of the website for Burgerville Sustainable, inviting people to engage in an online discussion around sustainability.
