Meet the people behind the purpose.

Here's who gives our mission its meaning.

“Does the world really need another agency?”

That was the big question facing us as new agency owners in 2008. We had just purchased the agency from its founder and original namesake; he’d started it in 1974. Now it was time to make it ours.

We wanted our agency to have a bright, intentional focus. We were surrounded by like-minded, like-hearted people. A smart, experienced, creative crew ready for meaningful careers. To us, it was clear that yes, the world could use another agency — one that applied itself to creating real, lasting change.

That thinking inspired our mission, “Leave today better than yesterday.” Simple, optimistic, energetic. It aligned our already passionate crew around doing business with honor and integrity. For clients and brands out to improve lives and advance Good.

It has turned into something we’re really, really proud of. It’s attracted enormously talented people who want to apply themselves to doing the right things, the right way. It’s opened doors with the kind of clients you dream of working with, whose missions inspire us, too.

The great thing is that there’s really no end to what we can do together.
